Spokane Area Sheep Producers Association Field Day Scheduled for April 14, 2007

Location: Harvey Wallace's farm between Cheney and Medical Lake. 16413 W. Stoughton Rd, at the corner of Stoughton and South Granite Lake Roads.

Time: 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Topics: testing breeding stock for scrapie susceptibility, Washington’s and National animal identification, predator control, tales from a sheep shearer, industry issues, ram evaluation, and a look at Wallace’s breeding stock.

Who's invited? Adult and youth sheep producers alike.

Registration: Please help the Sheep Producers’ Association plan lunch by leaving a telephone message with Jim Acuff at 208-777-3082 and indicating how many people are in your party. A $2 per person donation is requested for lunch.
